i hit Sonic last week with the lady and holy shit does that place have a line. i had never eaten at a Sonic before but being from California Meg has had it many a time. It was good and worth the wait. The wait was about 25 minutes in line. The Boom came a few hours later because I haven’t had fast food at all over the past month or so. My bathroom was not happy with me.
I’m cooking thanksgiving dinner this year at my new place and I’m a little nervous. I’m planing to Brine the turkey, making some cheesy mashed potatoes, and some corn bread stuffing/dressing. Meg is handling a few dishes that she wanted. i Hope it all comes out good. i’ll post some pics and maybe video.

One of the things i really wanted to change about my life was how i as eating. Not so much for health reasons but more so to not waste money and actually be a fucking adult. Adults go to grocery stores and make their own food, not order out or eat fast food 5 days and nights a week.
Since moving to brighton i have only had subway once and fast food once. I have been cooking dinner for myself and meg almost every night and im really proud of that. I’ve made some great fajitas last week and we were stuffed. Leftovers are my lunch everyday or when we have no leftovers like today i make myself a sandwich.
On that note here is a great review of some amazing Peanut butters. i normally buy I love peanut butter, peanut butter but this stuff from PB LOCO looks great.

long time no blog

well, well, well…. long time since i blogged. it’s be a wild few months but ill try to wrap them up fast. After 8 years or so i finally moved out of medway and i now live in Brighton. I’m really happy with the apartment, it’s location and everything about my new place.
I had been talking with a girl from LA for about a year on and off and then we started to get closer, and long story short, after a drive cross country she is living with me.
There have been many ups and down, highs and lows in the last few months but in general things have been great. It’s not all roses and ponies and candy but things are changing for the better.
